Job Description
We are currently seeking a Service Communications Assistant to join our team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional who can manage incoming service requests and coordinate internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a problemsolving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to and manage incoming servicerelated inquiries from tenants and property owners.
Maintain clear professional communication with vendors technicians and other service partners.
Log track and update service requests using our internal systems.
Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing service reports and documentation.
Collaborate with the property management team to improve service workflows.
Support scheduling and coordination of property inspections and repairs.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
1 years of experience in a communications customer service or administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database systems.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Experience in property management or real estate is a plus but not required.
