Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will support our marketing department by handling administrative duties coordinating with internal teams and assisting with project organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and have a proactive attitude toward problemsolving.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the marketing department and senior management
Schedule meetings prepare reports and maintain organized documentation
Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations and materials
Coordinate internal communications between departments and teams
Manage and update files databases and records
Support in planning and executing marketing events and campaigns
Track and follow up on marketing project timelines and deliverables
Handle email correspondence and respond to internal and external inquiries
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in business marketing or related field preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and project management tools
Ability to multitask prioritize and maintain attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
