Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Document customer interactions and maintain records in our system
Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions for customer concerns
Stay updated on company policies products and procedures
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Must be detailoriented and highly organized
