Key Experience & Skills:
Drafting loan agreements security agreements intercreditor agreements and related documents documentation
Advising clients on covenant compliance and loan administration
Leading due diligence efforts and managing specialist teams
Providing strategic guidance throughout all stages of commercial finance transactions
Excellent writing and analytical skills strong academic credentials and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently
