The Role
As a Carrier Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers to secure transportation capacity for our customers freight. You will be responsible for negotiating rates managing carrier relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of shipments. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and problemsolving skills as well as a strong understanding of the transportation industry. On our team you will have full support to excel and the opportunity to build a rewarding career.
When you join the team here is what you can expect:
- An elite training curriculum that last 3 months (90 days) where you will learn everything you need to know to be a successful carrier sales and operations professional
- Work in a fast paced collaborative inoffice team environment
- Develop and maintain a network of carrier partners to meet the transportation needs of our customers
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Resolve any issues that may arise during transportation process including carrier capacity constraints equipment availability and service disruptions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Maintain accurate records of carrier performance rates and contract agreements
- Continuously monitor market trends rate and capacity to optimize carrier selection
- Stay uptodate on industry regulations market trends and emerging technologies to enhance carrier selection and operational efficiency

- Previous carrier sales or freight brokerage experience desired but not required
