What Youll Do
Recruitment for Junior Roles (SEA)
Manage fullcycle recruitment for juniorlevel positions across PH MY and SG.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and drive alignment on candidate profiles.
Source screen and assess candidates directlybuilding a pipeline for frequently hired roles.
Manage interview logistics candidate communication and offer negotiations.
Ensure a consistent and highquality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Contingent Workforce Management (PH Focus)
Oversee daytoday operations of our thirdparty contractor workforce in the Philippines.
Partner with agency vendors to track hiring progress follow up on performance and escalate delivery issues.
Step in to recruit directly when agency traction is slow or pipelines are weak.
Manage onboarding and offboarding of contractors working closely with IT/Admin for asset handover and return.
Track contract timelines renewals and ensure all paperwork is complete and compliant.
TA Operations & Support
Maintain hiring trackers and status updates for key SEA markets.
Collaborate with other TA team members to improve processes share hiring insights and support crossmarket projects as needed.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
1 to 2 years of recruitment experience at an agency.
Experience managing or partnering with agency vendors and contingent workers.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised responsive and able to work independently across time zones and teams.
Comfortable working in a regional environment and adapting to different countries needs.
