Job Description

As a Graduate in the Customer Experience (CX) team at Symbio youll play a key role in supporting initiatives that enhance how our customers experience our brand products and services.

In this role youll analyse CX data and customer feedback to uncover insights that drive improvements across the businessfrom boosting our reputation and refining service delivery to supporting operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.

Youll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Symbio and have the chance to contribute to special projects that create meaningful change for our customers.


Qualifications :

What youll need to succeed:

  • Degree qualified in marketing product or service design related discipline
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and thoroughly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with insight tools (e.g. Qualtrics survey monkey or related)
  • Strong ability to listen actively
  • Strong organisational and planning skills the ability to plan interviews and customer research initiatives
  • A creative/innovative mindset always looking for ways to improve and add value
  • Strong stakeholder management skills as youll work with a diverse range of people across the business at various levels of seniority
  • An interest in service design or user design could align with this role
  • Interest in a technology / software company
  • The ability to manage your time effectively
  • Prior exposure to Customer Experience (e.g. volunteering internship retail / customer service experience) regarded favourably
