Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for corporate clients bank partners and internal departments needing assistance while taking full responsibility for client interactions and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments.
- Provides first line of support for postsales and posttrades activities responding via phone email or web platform.
- Offers general product support and technical assistance ( setup issues).
- Adopts a cocreation mindset understanding client needs to enhance their experience and improve services.
- Reports and handles incidents complaints and claims in accordance with established procedures and policies.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Management Finance Economics or similar.
- 1 year of experience in Client Management or Banking and Financial Operations.
- Knowledge of APIs (in order to read documentation integrate thirdparty services and troubleshoot issues).
- Experience with RESTful APIs authentication methods (eg: API keys) and tools such as Postman or similar.
- Proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office specially Excel.
- Experience with CRM/Ticketing Tools (plus).
- Driven to team work.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
