Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement tools and processes to optimize embedded software integration workflows.
Develop and maintain comprehensive data reports and dashboards to support datadriven decisionmaking.
Identify and execute on opportunities for operational improvements and increased team efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and integration teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Provide training coaching and support to users of new tools and processes.
Lead complex projects and initiatives that support operational excellence across teams.
Mentor and support the growth of team members promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Act as a subject matter expert and innovator introducing advanced practices in system design and integration.
Maintain a Tshaped skill profile combining deep domain expertise with broad interdisciplinary knowledge.
Clearly articulate and demonstrate how delivered solutions create value across organizational boundaries.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in system design or embedded software integration.
Strong expertise in developing tools and operational processes for technical teams.
Experience with data analysis visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Python or similar).
Proven ability to lead complex crossfunctional projects and drive measurable improvements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey technical insights clearly.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring coaching and developing others.
Lifelong learner with a passion for advancing both personal and team capabilities.
Recognized for cuttingedge thinking and the ability to influence across teams and domains.
