Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The individuals in the role must be comfortable discovering new opportunities through the phone or email working with channel partners generating interest qualifying prospects and closing sales.

This position is designed to develop people to grow within the company as an outside sides rep account manager manager etc..

 

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

 

Directly source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup. leads through inbound website leads inbound calls customer referrals construction site databases. Business is booming and we need more people to follow up on current and incoming leads

Make outbound colddelete calls and emails to prospective business partners

Obtain detailed information on customer needs and requirements

Work closely with channel partners to maintain grow and share best practices

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Work within CRM system to turn generation leads into business partners

Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor


Qualifications :

Basic Required Qualifications:

 

Bachelors degree

1 year(s) of sales experience

Outgoing selfmotivated individual with a desire to succeed

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1 years of proven inside sales experience

If no inside sales experience ability to demonstrate customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working with or similar CRM

Strong work ethic and coachable attitude

 

Physical and Mental Demands

Ability to predictably and regularly attend work during scheduled hours. Must be willing and able to occasionally work evenings and variable schedule(s) as necessary.

85pm working hours with 1 hour lunch
