Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Test Lead (QA Lead) to coordinate and oversee software testing activities within an Agile test service project a leading ecommerce group with multiple web and mobile platforms across Turkey and international markets.
- Coordinate testing activities across manual testers and automation testers
- Ensure sprint testing milestones are met
- Support backlog refinement and test case preparation (Azure Test Plans Azure Boards)
- Oversee and contribute to automation testing (Gauge framework preferred)
- Review and approve sprint test results and test reports (PowerPoint)
- Ensure compliance with the clients SLA timelines and reporting formats
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer role
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Handson familiarity with Azure DevOps (Boards & Test Plans)
- Experience with Gauge Selenium or similar test automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Jenkins Git Postman SQL and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus
Additional Information :
This is a parttime freelance/contractor role ideal for a handson QA professional who can manage both manual and automation testers track sprint progress and ensure timely and highquality delivery of test output.
- Approx. 23 hours/day workload focused around sprint transitions (MonFri)
- Must be available during key deployment windows (Prod releases sprint close)
- Must coordinate with both local and remote test engineers
