As Site Manager together with your Management Team you will be leading and developing the Malacky site of approx. 600 coworkers in both the business and people dimensions. The IKEA vision business idea and culture are our guiding stars and you are working towards the agreed goals and contribute to affordability accessibility and sustainability for our customers. You will work closely together with the coworkers on the site and several stakeholders and partners within our IKEA value chain but also with external partners.
As Site Manager youll play an important role in the team. In the coming years well continue to work on continuous improvements in all our factories and processes among other things developing the ecoboard concept and take further steps in the sustainability agenda. Your primary focus will be to lead and develop a competent learning and highperforming organization and create a work environment where IKEA culture and values are a living reality.
