Sites: Toronto General Hospital Toronto Western Hospital Princess Margaret Hospital Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (University Centre Lyndhurst Centre Bickle Centre) Hillcrest Reactivation Center UHN Reactivation Care Centre and West Park Health Centre.
Department: Nutrition Services
Reports to: Manager Food Service Supervisor or Designate
Work Model: InOffice
Hours: up to 75 hours per pay period
Shifts: various shifts between 07:00 and 21:00 including alternating weekends depending on Audit schedule and site.
Status: Temporary FullTime (starting June 2 2025 for 810 weeks)
Closing Date: June 5 2025
Duties
- Conducting patient satisfaction surveys
- Data entry
Qualifications :
- General Food Service experience an asset
- Understanding of diet terminology
- Customer Service experience an asset
- Ability to do simple mathematical calculations (e.g. adding subtracting multiplying dividing etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook Excel Word etc)
- Effective organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Will be required to work on weekends and statutory holidays
- Will be required to travel between sites
