MARKETING INNOVATION
- Spearhead the development and execution of groundbreaking local initiatives that amplify global and national campaigns.
- Lead the endtoend process of strategic partnership development from initial outreach and relationship building to structuring and negotiating contracts that deliver mutual benefits. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to negotiate favorable terms and ensure agreements are executed with precision safeguarding brand reputation and operational excellence.
- Utilise expertise to harness local insights and digital trends creating multichannel marketing strategies that integrate social media technology and consumer behavior insights.
- Lead and execute ideation workshops with the student marketing team to generate fieldoriented ideas leveraging their personal university lifestyles to identify early trends in technology digital platforms and social media.
- Act as a thought leader within the marketing team leveraging deep knowledge of the regions consumer landscape to identify untapped opportunities for engagement and brand activation.
PREMIUM APPEAL & EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Identify the right focus playgrounds which includes opinion leaders key events scenes and marketing opportunities in line with Red Bull brand values and relevant to the local consumer and media landscape.
- Execute a smart and relevant occasion marketing plan in your region which focuses on building relevance of Red Bull in the right consumption occasions for your local consumers.
- Identify and manage key creators opinion leaders & influencers in field by developing strong relationships to unlock mutual benefits for both Red Bull and externals.
- Lead the planning and execution of national and regional Red Bullowned events ensuring excellence in delivery and alignment with brand values.
- Mentor SM team members in delivering flawless sampling interactions and overcoming consumer barriers.
ORGANISATIONAL CAPABILITIES AND ENABLING STRUCTURE
- Act as a role model and embodying the Red Bull values and inspiring the team to excel through visionary leadership and clear strategic direction.
- Optimise resource allocation to ensure maximum impact of field marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the recruitment training and development of highperforming Student Marketeers (SMs) identifying and nurturing future leaders to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement leveraging team workshops development sessions and individual coaching to drive professional growth and program excellence.
- Lead by example with maintaining branded tools and their management for achieving premium appearance and effective tool management including Minis Point of Sale Marketing (POSM) and other program tools.
Qualifications :
- A university degree in Marketing Business Events or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
Midlevel marketing experience and a network within sport and active lifestyle in Victoria/Tasmania
Strong people networking & collaboration skillset along with a passion for local sport culture
Experience in planning managing and executing events
