Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Operational Analyst The position will primarily be responsible for supporting the organizations operational processes and systems for effectiveness. This role involves collecting and interpreting data identifying trends and providing actionable insights to optimize workflows. The Candidate will also collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings process improvements and strategic planning.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San JoseCAor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Expertise in analytics modelling and metrics reporting.
- Understanding ofBeeline process department cross charges and reporting.
- Graduate with reporting and Operational analysis knowledge.
- At least 1 years of experience in analytics modelling and metrics reporting.
- Strong analytical skills problemsolving abilities and proficiency in tools like Excel SQL and data visualization platforms (Tableau) are essential for this role.
- Should have attention to detail a proactive mindset and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
