About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over6700students and employs750employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our districtconsistsof one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 14 two middle schools for grades 58 and one high school for grades 912.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing lessons instructing students with a wide range of abilities assessing student learning collecting and analyzing student data to plan instruction creating an engaging and respectful classroom environment communicating with students parent and multiple stakeholders maintaining accurate records supervising students participating in school improvement initiatives and learning professionally. FTE: 1.0
Contract: 186 days (plus 2 days of new teacher orientation for newtodistrict teachers the week prior to August 25 2025)
Salary Range:$46417$ more information please see theCertified Master Contract. Salary range listed ($46417$87434) is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the current school year and may increase with the negotiation of thecollective bargaining agreement.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in education and required teaching certificate in related area(s) of instruction as required by theState of Minnesota specific content knowledge training or job experience required before appointment and successful student teaching. Preferred Special education licensure is Academic and Behavioral Strategist (ABS)(K12).
