Job Description

Quality Manager Job Description Quality Manager oversees quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will develop implement and maintain quality control systems to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Spearhead Continuous Improvement Process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce quality control policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
Conduct audits inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Operations and other department to enhance quality.


Qualifications :

1. Educational Background
Bachelors Degree: o Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Electrical) Business Administration Manufacturing Quality Assurance or other related fields

2. Work Experience
Relevant Quality Management Experience
Leadership Experience: This includes supervising teams managing quality improvement initiatives and liaising with other departments.
Familiarity with Shipping and Logistics cycle is a plus.

3. Skills and Knowledge
Strong Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS): Familiarity with industry standards and methodologies (ISO 9001 Lean Six Sigma etc.) is critical.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
ProblemSolving Skills: Resolving issues related to product quality and finding solutions to prevent them in the future.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders especially when explaining quality requirements or presenting reports.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring products or services meet the required standards and identifying issues before they become problems.
Project Management: Ability to lead and manage quality improvement projects effectively.

4. Continuous Improvement Mindset
Experience in running ideation sessions and leading process improvement projects within the organization with significant benefits. Familiarity in Process Improvement Methodologies.
Knowledge and familiarity with automation principles and methodologies.
