Scope of the position: provide efficient and dependable administrative and support to the CEO in performance of his/her duties. Provides administrative support to other key executives. Represents Company in a professional manner while effectively handling multiple administrative responsibilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative support for the work and daily tasks of the CEO: manages and coordinates the CEOs calendar utilizing MS Outlook and schedule appointments manages priorities of the CEOs time on an empowered basis manages shared calendars as assigned.
- Coordinates appointments customer visits and international visitors.
- Manages the conference rooms reservation schedule and catering
- Organizes company business trips (travel arrangement such as transportation hotel reservation insurance visa or other required travel documents)
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and company events as directed.
- Takes notes and prepare meeting minutes for management and project meetings as needed.
- Prepare complex presentations or reports using advanced features of MS Office.
- Represent the Company in a professional manner.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree
- Min. 5 years experience in similar position
- Experience in a multicultural manufacturing company
- Fluent in English and in Hungarian
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Driving license (B)
