Job Description
Salary: 28800
Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all areas of the kitchen and service areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure the thorough cleaning of crockery kitchen equipment and spaces on a daily and weekly basis.
- To be flexible to work across all parts of the building.
- To be actively involved with food preparation and service.
- Waste management recording data as required.
- Maintain all catering storage areas ensuring they are always organised and clean.
- To assist with stock including accepting deliveries counting and storing them correctly.
Qualifications :
- Hard working and willing to learn
- Great organisation skills
- Efficiency and proactive skills
- Self motivated but also a team player
- Excellent communication skills
