Brickhouse Kitchen & Bar
A truly unique dining experience the Brickhouse Kitchen & Bar our food is our story you can see it in every plate we prepare. At The Brickhouse we offer casual food done fine and fine food done casual. Behind the brick walls of our 1800s warehouse you will find a big city feel right here in historic Charlottetown.
As a Dishwasher You Will
- Cleaning dishes glassware flatware pots or pans and utensils
- Restocking cleaned dishes and utensils
- Ensure dishes are cleaned and stored in a timely fashion
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dish area
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Follow all operations policies and procedures
- Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
Who You Are
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relations with team members
- Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends
- Experience working in a kitchen is an asset
- Must possess a desire for personal and professional development
- Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to have fun a work when you have fun our guests do too
