Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to maintain high standards
- Creating and delivering fresh seasonal and nutritious menus
- Supporting hospitality and event catering ensuring seamless execution
- Maintaining strict hygiene food safety and allergen management protocols
- Controlling stock levels ordering and minimizing waste
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety practices
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
