Workplace Coordinator Global Pharmaceutical Client
Macquarie Park Sydney 38 hrs/week Join a highperforming Sodexo team
Are you a people person with a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences This is your chance to be the face of a worldleading pharmaceutical brand based in Sydneys NorthWest (just 13km from the CBD).
Were looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join Sodexos onsite team at our clients Macquarie Park office. Youll work alongside a supportive team of four helping deliver outstanding facilities and frontofhouse services in a busy fastpaced corporate environment.
What youll be doing:
Maintain the presentation and aesthetic of frontofhouse and guest areas.
Manage concierge services including greeting visitors and clients.
Schedule and prepare meeting and training rooms.
Coordinate AV and web conferencing setups for meetings.
Oversee onsite events ensuring AV and catering needs are met.
Troubleshoot AV issues coordinating with third parties as needed.
Handle administrative duties and supply management.
Conduct site safety inspections to ensure a secure work environment.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance employee experience.
About you:
Youre polished proactive and love creating a welcoming organised space
Youve worked in a corporate environmentideally in workplace hospitality or facilities roles
Youre a natural communicator with strong admin and customer service skills
You enjoy working as part of a diverse inclusive team and can adapt when needed
