Were seeking a sharp outcomesdriven People & Culture Project Manager to help deliver critical people transformation initiatives that will shape the future of our media business. This role sits within the Transformation Office and partners closely with senior People & Culture leaders workstream leads and the Executive team to ensure seamless execution of strategic people programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage endtoend project plans for key people transformation initiatives driving delivery against agreed timelines and milestones.
Map and manage interdependencies across transformation workstreams and the broader P&C strategy to ensure alignment and sequencing.
Track risks issues and milestones ensuring proactive identification and resolution of blockers.
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration working closely with Transformation Office roles and P&C leads to optimise resource allocation and delivery efficiency.
Support governance and reporting providing updates on progress risk mitigation and decisionmaking needs to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
Proven experience managing complex HR/P&C transformation projects in large fastpaced environments.
Strong capability in project planning tracking and crossfunctional coordination.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work at pace navigating ambiguity with confidence.
Knowledge of workforce planning change delivery or people strategy execution is a plus.
