Job Description

Were seeking a passionate and handson Change & Communications Lead to join our People & Culture (P&C) team and support a fastpaced transformation within our media business. In this role youll develop and deliver impactful change and communication strategies that drive adoption build engagement and embed cultural change at every level of the organisation.

Youll work closely with senior leaders project teams and employees to align communications and change initiatives across key transformation workstreamsensuring clarity connection and confidence as we evolve the way we work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management planning using proven frameworks (such as ADKAR) to support adoption of strategic people initiatives (e.g. culture evolution capability uplift business transformation).

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that create awareness and desire for cultural programs (e.g. driving high performance and innovation).

  • Manage stakeholder communications ensuring timely targeted and transparent messaging to the ELT leaders and employees across transformation initiatives.

  • Design and deliver leadership communication plans and tailored business unit (BU) change strategies that support leadership capability and change readiness.

  • Collaborate with transformation and P&C workstream leads to identify dependencies and drive alignment across organisational priorities.


Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience in change management and internal communications ideally within complex or creative organisations.
  • Strong understanding of change frameworks (ADKAR ForceField etc.) and the ability to apply them pragmatically to realworld people and culture initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging executive leaders and frontline teams.
  • Strong writing and storytelling abilityable to craft clear compelling and engaging communications.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work at pace in ambiguous fastchanging environments.
