This role requires you to work in a dynamic environment where you will focus on delivering exceptional service to corporate clients while facilitating seamless integration with our Digital Sales initiatives.
As the Inside Sales Corporate Manager you will support the management of incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from unmanaged and business development clients. Your role will involve handling new contracts and ensuring multiple hotels are included in each agreement.
You will be responsible for identifying contributing clients using Tableau to anticipate effective RFP negotiations. Additionally you will organize the annual RFP and contracting processes for these clients providing essential support to hotels with pricing benchmark figures and market insights.
It will be your duty to ensure that rates and conditions are accurately loaded for both clients and hotels conducting thorough testing to confirm that all information is up to date. You will also analyze existing RFPs to identify opportunities for increasing volume and adding more hotels to contracts.
In your role you will crosssell digital sales channels such as and the future meetings and events global website and ecosystem as well as leisure groups online to diversify offerings and drive additional revenue.
As the face of Accor to the customer you will represent all brands and regions serving as the entry point for RFP requests in the unmanaged and business development market within the ENA region. Cooperation with hotels globally that are included in the RFPs will be crucial for securing business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
Additionally you will assess unmanaged clients to recommend those with potential for increased volume to be supported by a Business Development manager on specific accounts.
Other tasks duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Direct Manager.
