- Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding insurance cases and handle inquiries from our teams across Europe
- Optimize and automate existing processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
- Handle review and manage data ensure its completeness and coordinate cases with insurance providers
- Implement and maintain reporting systems to ensure transparency and control
Qualifications :
- A completed degree (./.) in Business Administration Economics or a related field and/or relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Passion for independently driving operational tasks and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Sheets/Excel
- Fluent in English ( German would be a plus )

The place of work will be at the HQs of AUTO1 Albania at: Bulevardi Gjergj Fishta Alpas Center Tirana.
The shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 09:0018:00.
