Fox Pest Control Dispatchers are integral to our team ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective service. By efficiently scheduling appointments and deploying our skilled technicians our dispatchers help us deliver the highquality pest control solutions that our customers have come to expect.

Essential Functions:
- Manage appointments and schedules to ensure the correct time frame and assign to the appropriate technician.
- Manage and optimize scheduling and routing to stay ahead.
- Fill routes prepare and send reminders to customers.
- Communicate regularly with the inside sales team and branch operations managers.
- Understand each branchs geography technicians home locations and capabilities to schedule accordingly.
- Ensure a high availability of sameday and oneday timeframes for appointments. Reschedule appointments with customers as needed individually or through the customer service team.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations Managers/Branch Managers to ensure high availability of sameday appointments.
What we are looking for:
- Detailoriented hardworking and reliable.
- Outstanding multitasking problemsolving and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Quick learner able to work well both in teams and independently.
- Confidence in using technology particularly PestRoutes Microsoft and Google Suites.
Experience/Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites.
