Automotive Technicians / Mechanics Wanted! Multiple Positions Available! Light Duty Full Time

We are seeking those with a strong service technician background and we are willing to train those who are dedicated to the craft!!

Some Job Responsibilities are:
- The daytoday duties include diagnosing and preparing vehicles for repairs performing repair work with the utmost of skill and accuracy and completing all duties in a timely manner.
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Testdrive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Opportunities for advancement with factory paid training!
Qualifications needed are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 25 years of Service Technician experience required
- A or B level qualification including Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair a preferred and a PLUS
- ASE Certification preferred and a BIG PLUS
- Technical Training preferred and a PLUS
- GM Training a PLUS
- Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent handeye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Ability to lift 5075 lbs. or more with or without assistance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a shop environment that is effected by frequently changing temperatures.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to continue to learn and keep up with certifications and training
