Job Description
OnsiteSenior. Supervisor Training Delivery Support
Can you demonstrate your ability to drive continuous improvement in fastpaced training delivery supportenvironment while maintaining the highest standards of quality
Summary: Leading a global team in providing Training Delivery Support administrative services including onsite class and training facility support learner communications LMS data entry and oversight and implementation of courses and curriculum as assigned.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Leading a global team of Course Administrators responsible for Training Delivery Support in a client environment. Training Delivery Support includes setup of classes in LMS coordinating all logistics of instructorled training instructor and learner communications reproduction of training materials and more.
- Coach frontline Team Leads to enhance performance.
- Gives processes and business updates to the team.
- Examines known best practices for continuous improvement.
- Reviews performance statistics and addresses improvements.
- Participate in client calls for regular business updates.
- Handling complex customer relationships while utilizing service improvement tools and methodologies.
- Direct ownership of training delivery support processes team performance including allocating work in process to maximize high productivity and excellent quality.
- Responsible for resolving problems or obstacles to quality service delivery.
- Providing guidance and development of the Team Leads and Delivery Support team members.
- Effectively utilizing teamwork and leadership behaviors to create a highly engaged environment.
- Ensuring that all customer and Conduent guidelinesservice level agreementspolicies and procedures are followed as they relate to operations internal audit and security and general management practices.
- Scheduling feedback and counseling with associates to ensure optimal performance.
- Must be able to adapt and handle change effectively.
- Conduct other job responsibilities per management direction.
Requirements:
- Preference for bachelors degree or 6 years of successful working experience in:
- A learning organization
- Training administration (preferred but not required)
- Customer service
- Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems (preferred)
- Demonstrated attention to detail strong quality focus and well organized.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills with clients leadership and team members
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Experienced in supervisory/leadership preferably in a Customer Service environment.
- Ability to lead direct staff coordinate and organize work while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Functional experience with MS Office.
- Good decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Display core leadership abilities: strong planning/organization motivation problem solving/conflict resolution analytical team building.
- Must be currently eligible to work in the United States for any employer.

In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is 6073k.
