The Boeing CompanyBoeings Corporate Compliance Supply Chain Compliance Audit and Process organization is seeking a Senior Procurement/Business Analyst to join their team. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual wanting to shape the future of the Supply Chain organization. The successful candidate will support compliance requirements within the Boeing Enterprise as well as the upkeep of any Business Unit specific requirements Enterprise policies and other compliance related projects for the Boeing Enterprise. You will interact with other Supply Chain Personnel to support strategic initiatives risk mitigation process improvements and many other innovative activities.
More specifically the selected individual will be part of the Supplier Financing Center of Excellence (COE) compliance team primarily supporting enterprise Business Unit Supply Chain procurement agent organizations. Major activities included in this role are providing guidance knowledge sharing and expertise relating to supplier Progress Payments Performance Based Payments (PBP) and Advanced Payments developing and delivering training procedure and process review/updates internal and external customer audit support and monitoring impacts of regulatory rules and regulation changes.
The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and effective communications skills with internal and external customers as well as excellent written analytical and problemsolving skills to adequately provide guidance on highly complex sourcing related requests.
This position can be located in: Hazelwood MO; Berkeley MO; El Segundo CA; Seal Beach CA; Everett WA; Kent WA; Tukwila WA; Renton WA; Mesa AZ; Huntsville AL; Ridley Park PA; or Oklahoma City OK.
Position Responsibilities:

Interface with the Boeing Enterprise Supply Chain managers procurement agents representatives auditors and customers
Research Government regulations and Industry Standards
Participate in Industry and Government forums
Monitor Supply Chain contracting performance in the area of Supplier Financing to current regulations and ensure that policies and training are adequate
Develop and use audit data along with user feedback to implement improvements to procedures training systems tools etc.
Provide Supplier Financing procurement guidance and deliver training to procurement personnel to improve knowledge performance and compliance
Assist with the development and implementation of Supply Chain command procedures and policies for Supplier Financing
Understanding of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Cost Reimbursable (CR) and Time & Material (T&M) contract types Supply Chain Compliance & Processes Supply Chain systems accounting practices and FAR regulations
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teams discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience working with supplier management supply chain and/or procurement practices and processes
5 years of experience with FAR and DFARS compliance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience conducting investigations and/or audits
1 years of experience teaching coaching and developing others
3 years of experience creatively solving problems and generating alternatives
3 years of experience communicating collaborating and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with government procurement requirements and corporate & government audits
Experience leading conflict resolution
