- Be familiar with property safety first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
- Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
- Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
Qualifications :
We are looking for a wellorganized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can display a passion for perfection and work in a dynamic environment. In addition the candidate should possess:
- Excellent verbal interpersonal &communication skills
- Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management preferred
- Must be a strong team player with strong departmental cooperation
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic language with a third language as an asset
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense everchanging environment
- Must have the ability to assess and make decisions based on strong analytical problemsolving skills
- Must be able to maintain excellent professional presentation and grooming
- Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office products and Property Management System
- Luxury fivestar experience necessary
- Must be willing to work varied hours including nights weekends holidays and split shifts (according to the needs of the guests).
- Must be able to stand for 90% of their scheduled time
