To ensure consistency and highest quality in all culinary deliveries maintaining the financial performance indicators in line with the budget.
Actively lead and supervise kitchen operations fostering a handson approach to food preparation presentation and execution.
To regularly adapt and revisit the menus based on sales mix demands special promotion(s) and product availability.
To interact closely with the Catering Sales team to assist in menu proposal.
To follow and ensure that staff comply with HACCP guidelines.
Qualifications :
Exceptional leadership skills including motivation and goalsetting.
Advanced culinary skills and knowledge of classic food safety protocols and food waste reduction program.
Able to lead and develop his/her to the standards set by the hotel.
Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
