Job Description

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy risk management compliance and financial operations of the CFO will ensure the companys financial health drive financial planning and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys goals.
  • Oversee budgeting forecasting financial planning and analysis. Manage cash flow working capital and investment strategies.
  • nsure compliance with regulatory requirements taxation policies and financial reporting standards.
  • fundraising investments and strategic financial planning.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying risks and opportunities. Implement internal controls and financial systems to improve efficiency.
  • Lead financial audits liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage relationships with banks investors and other financial institutions.
  • Provide financial insights to the management for decisionmaking and business expansion. Oversee procurement contracts and financial negotiations.
  • Optimize cost structures while maintaining quality and operational standards.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation in finance and accounting processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting MIS and dashboard management.

Qualifications & Experience:

CA/CPA/CFA/MBA in Finance or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial management taxation corporate laws and compliance regulations.
Experience in fundraising investments and strategic financial planning.
Proficiency in financial software ERP systems and Excel. Strong leadership communication and decisionmaking skills.
