As Tax Manager youll step into a newly created role that provides essential support to the firms highly successful and established accounting division. Youll work in partnership with a broad and varied client portfolio offering both compliance and advisory services and delivering clarity on complex tax matters. Therell also be opportunities to support clients with tax planning strategies and corporate reorganisations ensuring theyre positioned for future success.
Beyond client delivery youll play a key role in the firms continued growthcontributing to business development building networks and shaping the future of the corporate tax offering. With further expansion expected in the years ahead this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop into a senior leadership role within the firm.
What Were Looking For:
- CTA qualified or ACA with significant Corporate Tax experience in practice
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK tax legislation with a commercial and proactive mindset
- Experience or understanding of investor tax incentives (SEIS & EIS) is preferred with knowledge of employee share schemes (EMI) essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build longterm trusted relationships
- A collaborative approach working closely with colleagues across the Accounting and Advisory teams
