Your Mission: Build Strong Partnerships

We are looking for anIT Operations Manager (m/f/d)you act as the Swiss Army Knife of the company and help voize to achieve operational excellence. You strive for constantly improving our internal processes and enabling your coworkers to be as efficient as possible and to be able to focus on what really matters.

Your Daily Business No two days are alike

• Process Optimization & Automation:Streamline workflows and supercharge efficiency with smart GenAI solutions.

• Equipment & Device Management:Own all internal hardware and manage mobile devices (MDM).

• CrossFunctional Project Coordination:Keep projects on track document key decisions and drive execution across teams.

• Internal Tools & Workflows:Keep Notion Slack Google Workspace and other tools organized and humming smoothly.

• Data Protection & Compliance:Be the goto for data privacy topics manage nonproduct TOMs certifications and stay ahead of GDPR and the AI Act.

• Reporting & Metrics:Pull data update dashboards and support reporting for leadership and investors.

• HighImpact Projects:Jump in on urgent highleverage initiatives to help us scale fast and smart.

Your Skillset What you bring to the table

• Strong technical foundation You dont need to be a developer but basic coding skills are a big plus. You should be comfortable working in technical environments and collaborating with engineering teams.

• Handson experience with automation and GenAI tools Youve used or even implemented tools that streamline workflows improve efficiency or enhance user experiences. Ideally youve experimented with or applied generative AI solutions to realworld challenges.

• Familiarity with MDM tools and device management You know your way around mobile device management systems have experience with hardware inventory processes and feel comfortable managing Android and MacOS devices in a professional environment.

• Solid understanding of data privacy and compliance GDPR is second nature to you. Youre up to date with the latest developments around the EU AI Act and ideally have exposure to ISO 27001 or similar standards. Certifications are a plus but not a must.

• Datasavvy mindset Youre confident collecting analyzing and presenting data in a clear and actionable way. You know your way around Excel and Google Sheets and you understand how to turn numbers into insights that drive decisions.

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude You love jumping into new topics figuring things out and finding solutions. You dont wait to be told what to do you take initiative and enjoy making things better smarter and more efficient.

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
