Job Description
School: Yankeetown Elementary
Hours: 6.0 hrs (7:00 a.m. 1 :00 p.m.)
Position: Hot Cook
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
- Prep Entree Lunch
- Hot cook for lunch
- Prep and cook Teachers Specials
- HACCP documentation logs
- clean prep area
- prep for next day
Service:
- cashier/serving
- cook food between serving lines
- fill snack carts
Closing Task:
- complete production records
- daily weekly and monthly cleaning
- put up stock
- sweep and mop prep area
- take out trash
- anything deemed appropriate by the manager.
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour duringashort training period but will increase to $17.43 upon completion of
training andpositive review from manager.
