Job Description:

Receiving and Inventory Control Clerk

Summary: This individual is responsible for receiving material including hardware wood and other specialty items. Carefully unpacks the items and verifies items are as ordered and in good condition. Once verified the individual will update the inventory control system and place items in their respective location.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Comparing packing lists to purchase orders and ensuring that products in each delivery match the packing list and original order
  • Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods
  • Assuring no damage items are received
  • Updates product inventory as appropriate
  • Manages returns when necessary
  • Maintains and organizing the stock room

Requirements: 02 years of applicable experience high school diploma or equivalent operational familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications ability. Fluent in English. Some moderate lifting required.

This job reports to the Production Manager.
