Summary
BioIVT is seeking a service and teamoriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for processing payroll administering employee benefits and providing exceptional support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in multistate tax jurisdiction set up and processing and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Our preferred candidate will be proactive in improving processes acquiring new knowledge skills and sharing the best practices relevant to the role and the broader human resources team. The Payroll and Benefit Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll administration of employee benefits and leaves of absence and ensuring compliance with all payroll tax regulations. This role requires a detailoriented professional with strong knowledge of payroll systems benefits administration and federal state and local payroll tax laws.
The preferred work location is remote/officebased hybrid Detroit MI as home office.
