Position Overview
As a Franchise Business Partner & CoOwner you will be a core leader responsible for accelerating studio growth optimizing operations and ensuring overall business success. This role extends beyond financial investmentwe are looking for an experienced operator with a passion for scaling businesses and a proven track record of highperformance execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Oversee daily studio operations ensuring excellence in service delivery and client experience.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and increase business valuation.
Growth & Expansion
- Identify and leverage new market opportunities partnerships and revenue streams.
- Drive continuous improvement through datadriven business practices and innovation.
Financial Management
- Comanage studio financials including budgeting forecasting and profitsharing initiatives.
- Optimize resource allocation and monitor key performance indicators to ensure fiscal health.
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement longterm growth strategies.
- Participate in performance evaluations and strategic planning sessions to drive success.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming team to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability innovation and proactive problemsolving.
QualificationsFinancial Investment
- Minimum $100000 available for investment in the business.
Operational Expertise
- Proven experience managing or operating a business preferably in a franchise or highgrowth environment.
- Strong ability to drive operational improvements and scale business operations effectively.
Commitment & Availability
- Fulltime handson involvement in studio operations and strategic initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and profitability.
Strategic & Financial Acumen
- Strong financial literacy with the ability to execute profitsharing models effectively.
- Balance strategic longterm planning with daytoday operational execution.
Leadership & Communication
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Compensation StructureProfit Sharing & Ownership
- Earnings are directly tied to the studios success with profitsharing proportional to ownership stake.
Salary
- In addition to profitsharing a competitive salary will be provided ensuring both shortterm and longterm financial rewards.
