Job Title: Customer Service / Materials Clerk
Department: Materials
Shift: Days (. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Number of Positions: One (1)
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION (GENERAL STATEMENT):
This position assists Customer Service and Material Analyst by updating and maintaining Oracle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and updates Oracle with accurate delivery performance records
- Helps Customer Service update open order files (Excel & Oracle)
- Maintains materials records and files both electronic and hard copy (packing slips ECN NPIT Live MRP)
- Retrieves BOL and Packing Slips as requested by Auditors
- Works closely with Material Analysts and Scheduling to update Schedule clean up of WIP jobs
- Works with 3rd party logistics to track shipments
- Performs all other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
- Functions efficiently in high stress and fast paced environment
- Excellent math analytical verbal and written communication skills
- Selfmotivated team player
- High School diploma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Oracle or other ERP experience
- One to Three years direct customer experience in order entrytoship environment
