Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Building maintaining and growing strong client relationships
  • Providing overall leadership for account teams in planning recommending and implementing proactive communication initiatives
  • Partnering in the development of novel and highly impactful brand strategies
  • Planning and developing programs and services which are consistent with the clients mission and brand strategy
  • Operationalizing new and untested approaches for engaging audiences on and offline
  • Planning developing and defending budget recommendations and program strategies
  • Accountability for fiscal management of client budgets and achieving objectives while operating within budget
  • Driving new business development and account growth

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Communications Mass Communications Public Relations Marketing Advertising or English
  • 7 years of experience with agency experience
  • AOR experience in the pharmaceutical advertising space
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills knowledge of
    marketing and communications programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to direct integrated teams of specialists
  • Analytical thinking problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Ability to guide client relationships and propose marketing and communications solutions
  • Team leader who encourages collaboration and ideation among team members as well as an aggressive and fearless marketer that is willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to deliver the highest quality work on behalf of their clients
