Massage Therapy Volunteer Hospice Care
Location:Las Vegas Area Type:Volunteer Schedule:Flexible
Use Your Healing Touch to Comfort Those at the End of Life
Are you a licensed massage therapist with a heart for service Join our hospice team as aMassage Therapy Volunteerand use your skills to bring comfort calm and compassionate touch to patients in their final chapter of life.
What Youll Do:
- Providegentle therapeutic massageto hospice patients in their homes or care facilities (no massage table needed)
- Use light touch hand/foot massage or comfortfocused bodywork adapted to each individuals needs
- Help reduce pain anxiety and stress while promoting peace and relaxation
- Collaborate with our hospice team to ensure safe respectful and meaningful care
- Offer quiet presence and support to patients and their families
What Youll Need:
Current massage therapy license or certification (in good standing)
Empathetic calm and grounded presence
Comfort working with individuals nearing the end of life
Ability to adapt techniques for medically fragile or terminally ill patients
