Job Description
Enabling the commercial organisation to have optimal processes tools and platforms to track analyse and report on customer and sales force performance to enhance data driven strategic decisions.
An integral role in identifying and deploying solutions to efficiently & effectively optimize business operations through the introduction improvement or development of programmes and systems that enhance customers insights at all levels.
Striving for excellence in commercial performance by analysing sales data identifying performance gaps and implementing strategies to improve sales force efficiency customer engagement and overall sales productivity.
Consistently strive to improve the overall business performance through fostering and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and maintenance of the Veeva CRM customer database & SFE dashboards ensuring data integrity for business units
- Plan and deliver system upgrades and improvements
- Evaluate the use of the systems and recommend improvements
- Advance the safe force effectiveness across business units by analysing data from Veeva and Power BI to identify trends performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Weekly monthly and quarterly reports and analysis of agreed KPIs and sales performance for BUHs Senior Management and regional operations
- Review impact of activity analyse results and make recommendations of changes for commercial activities during performance reviews
- Regularly present analysis and improvements to the wider commercial group
- Build Cross functional partnerships internally and externally in order to improve analysis
- Providing support and training on Veeva CRM and other SFE tools to drive user adoption across the business
- Maintain the integrity of data in Veeva & Power BI received from IQVIA and distributor partners
- Manage internal and external data providers and vendors to deliver impactful business insights
- Evolve and align the organizations operations systems and processes with the overall business strategy and goals
- Build understanding of customer types and make recommendations of their needs and wants to enhance all business opportunities
- Implement the SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) for all three business units within the platforms and track performance
- Keep informed abreast of trends and changes in the evolving market
- Maintain and develop the relationship with Global IT and regional operations colleagues
Other Tasks:
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Represent the company at congresses and events as an ambassador of the company for both internal and external customers
- Some tasks may involve working outside normal business hours
- Other tasks as required to develop the business as directed by line manager
Skills & Competencies:
- University Degree is preferable
- Enhanced experience with CRM Veeva (system understanding adaptation to local needs / advancements as a lead market training and management
- Exceptionally strong analytical skills & proven capability to use big data and insight to drive business decisions in commercial performance
- Strong analytical skills with large data sets
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Understanding of pharmaceuticals field force management and ideally B2B
- Proven track record of working to KPIs and achieving targets
- Wider experience of optimising processes and systems to connect to business requirements
- Able to effectively create strong relationships with colleagues across functions and leverage both internal and external resources
- Delivery of projects on time and in full within budget
- Strong understanding of data protection GDPR and relevant legislation
