Business Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

• Architect endtoend solutions that align with the business and digital strategy of CWS Hygiene

• Lead the integration and interoperability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service CRM) Salesforce and ecommerce platforms

• Define data models API designs and integration patterns across platforms

• Support DevOps and CI/CD processes ensuring robust and maintainable deployments

• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints solution roadmaps and system design documentation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into architectural solutions

• Provide technical leadership and governance over solution design ensuring scalability performance and security

• Evaluate and recommend technologies tools and methodologies that support digital transformation

• Oversee solution delivery working closely with developers analysts vendors and project managers

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance policies

• Support business case development and technology assessments

• Promote reuse of existing capabilities simplification and rationalization of the IT application landscape

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Solution Architect or in a similar role

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Field Service and CRM) and Salesforce ecosystems

• Experience with ecommerce platforms and their integration into ERP and CRM systems

• Strong knowledge of systems integration APIs data flow and enterprise architecture frameworks

• Proficiency in Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies

• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project methodologies

• Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
