Your Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Holy Spirit College in the position of Maintenance Assistant commencing from as soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this role performs daily maintenance tasks including gardening and mowing grounds beautification rubbish collection room and event setup and other tasks as required. This position is fulltime 38 hours per week (MondayFriday 6:00am 2:00pm) for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant.

About you
The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate:
- Tolerance maturity patience and a capacity for selforganisation.
- An ability to respond and adapt whilst operating in an environment which is often demanding and busy
- Effective communication skills in order to speak with staff students parents and visitors to the College
- A capacity for tact and discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality

Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
