Job Description

Seeking South Africanbased candidates who are South African citizens. Only English CVs will be accepted.

Position : Operations Assistant /CSR

Working Schedule : 10am7pm EST or 11am8pm EST

Salary Range :$1200$1500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:
We re looking for an Operations Assistant / CSR who is sharp dependable and driven. This person will be a key member of our remote team answering tenant calls managing communication channels and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has excellent spoken and written English thrives on solving problems independently and is excited to grow with a company that values hustle and a teamfirst mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
    • Answer inbound phone calls from tenants resolve issues and take payments
    • Provide friendly confident support to customers with empathy and clarity
    • Make outbound calls for late rent collection and lead account followup
  • Operations Support
    • Monitor and respond to shared email and text message inboxes across multiple facilities
    • Use our storage management software (Cubby) to update accounts and log activity
    • Work closely with team members on maintenance coordination and followups
    • Assist with light property management tasks such as reporting issues or notifying tenants
  • Team Communication
    • Collaborate with our Edammae during shift transitions
    • Coordinate with onsite staff at our facilities for operational needs and updates
    • Escalate issues to ownership as needed and follow up with tenants or team members accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English clear confident and professional on the phone
  • A problemsolver who takes initiative and can think on their feet
  • Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inboxes at once
  • A team player with a great attitude who is dependable and eager to grow
  • Familiarity with Outlook Teams and Cubby (or similar software) preferred
  • Experience in selfstorage or property management is a plus but not required

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience using Cubby or other property management systems
  • Background in collections or AR followup
