OUR FOOD: We procure high quality meats and our sides anddesserts are made inhouse every day. The right candidate will be highly foodfocused ensuring appropriate par levels freshness preparation methods and cook times.
OUR GROWTH: Southside Market & Barbeque the Oldest Authentic Texas BBQ joint in Central Texas isfamilyowned and is getting bigger!Currently were in Elgin TXBastrop TX Austin TX and Hutto TX. We have a history of being the oldest BBQ joint in the state of Texas. Wecouldnt have done that without our valued team members and dedicated leadership want to keep making history. but we need to continue to add skilled and devoted managers to be able to do that. We are opening more stores in Texasin the near future. To do so we need additional dedicated leaders looking to work for a company that has continued growth opportunities
YOUR GROWTH: Our new managers get trainingin every position and learn the Southside way ofbusiness. We heavily invest in the training ofour manager so they can have all of the knowledge they need to be successful in their position. We have a proven record of growing team members from within no matter what position they start out Southside there is opportunity for growth not only at the location you are interested in first joining but also opportunity to take on an even bigger role as we add more locations and expand the business. We are growing and we want to grow people with us.
