Summary of Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying evaluating and executing inorganic growth opportunities including M&A strategic partnerships joint ventures and investments. This position requires a strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem financial modeling and transaction execution coupled with excellent communication and crossfunctional leadership skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
Identify and assess potential acquisition investment and partnership opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
Lead financial and strategic analyses including business case development valuation and due diligence efforts.
Partner with crossfunctional teams (finance legal engineering product etc.) to evaluate opportunities and manage transaction execution.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities through market and competitive intelligence.
Create executivelevel presentations and reports for internal stakeholders including Csuite and Board of Directors.
Negotiate key deal terms and manage relationships with external advisors bankers and legal counsel.
Monitor posttransaction integration and performance tracking.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Finance or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
810 years of experience in corporate development investment banking management consulting private equity or venture capital with a focus on semiconductors or deep tech sectors.
Strong financial modeling valuation and deal execution experience
Deep understanding of the semiconductor market value chain and competitive landscape.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on crossborder M&A or strategic transactions.
Technical background or familiarity with chip design manufacturing or related technologies.
Familiarity with regulatory and antitrust considerations in semiconductor transactions.
Project management skills i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning & organizational skills.
Expected Salary Range
$96900.00 $184200.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
