Job Summary: This position is responsible for developing qualifying and maintaining contact with an assigned customer base with the purpose of providing Legendary Customer Service while increasing sales of parts and service solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for managing direct mail and other targeted promotional campaigns.
Essential Functions:
- Acts as the single point of contact for customers and performs needs analysiss onan ongoing basis to assist in determining needs and provide solutions to meet themwhile developing strong positive relationships
- Proactively manages customer accounts within an assigned territory using variousmethods of contact in a predetermined amount of touchpoints and followups asdetermined by leadership on an annual basis
- Develops and qualifies equipment and/or parts and services leads and whereapplicable forward them to the outside sale in order to meet or exceed territorial andcorporate business goals
- Responds to customer needs in order to enhance the quality of customer service andsatisfaction and promote a mutually beneficial relationship
- Promotes all aspects of the organization to include; selling parts service laborcustomer service agreements and providing machine and sales leads while workingto expand on the customer base in order to meet and exceed organizational goals
- Submits salesrelated reports and documentation on a timely basis in order tomaintain the established business systems/processes
- Creates and maintains accurate customer account information and machinepopulation and provides accurate and timely input into the development monitoring and control of sales forecasts and expenses
- Performs ongoing personal development through goal setting on an annual basisintended to reinforce continuous improvement leadership development andachievement towards company goals
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies withall company policies procedures and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of applicable products and services in addition to accounting principlesbudget preparation and business acumen
- Ability to initiate and cultivate personal relationships within a business setting over thephone with a flexible communications style and active listening
- Ability to develop new sales opportunities including the development and executionof marketing campaigns direct mail and planned sales calls to qualify customerneeds and buying intentions
- Demonstrated knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting overcoming objectionsclosing sales)
- Excellent selling negotiating and closing skills with the ability to build long term businessrelationships
- Proficient with applicable business applications in addition to MS Office Word ExcelOutlook etc.
- Ability to manage difficult and/or emotional customer situations responds promptly tocustomer needs solicits customer feedback to improve service responds to requestsfor service and assistance and meets commitments
- Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decisionmaking

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of three years of workrelated skill knowledge or experience is to five years of experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalentcombination of education and experience preferred
- Valid drivers license required
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionallyoccasional movement inside the office to access office machinery file cabinets etc.
- This role frequently communicates with others must be able to exchange accurateinformation in these situations
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phonesphotocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines
Work Environment:
- This job is generally performed in a retail and office environment; exposure tocomputer screens; exposure to noise dust grease fumes gases heat cold andinclement weather conditions
- Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
