Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent
MercedesBenz of Manchester A Group 1 Automotive Dealership
MercedesBenz of Manchester part of the rapidly growing Group 1 Automotive family is looking to add a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to our Service Team.

Responsibilities and Duties
Efficient and accurate work in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Maintain an organized area
- Answering switchboard phones
- Soft transferring incoming calls
- Communicate directly with service advisors and clients regarding the status of the service work
- General computer tasks
- Respond to incoming client request emails
- Follow up with clients after service
- Filing (Service Repair Orders Parts Counter Tickets Car Deal Files and Hard Copies)

- Appointment scheduling
- Regular attendance consistent with company attendance policy
Qualifications
- Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Maintaining a positive cando attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
